Rooms will be available at the discounted rate until Monday April 6, 2009. Hotel rooms are available on a first-come first-serve basis.

All exhibitors must register at the registration desk upon arrival on Wednesday May 6, 2009. Exhibitors must wear their name badges at
all times during show hours. Name badges will not be issued until payment is received in full by Mohawk Hospital Equipment, Inc. All
exhibitors must register and complete booth construction by 6:00 pm on Wednesday May 6, 2009. Exhibitors who do not occupy space and /or construct
booth by end of registration period will forfeit their space without reimbursement. Forfeited space may be reassigned or resold at the
discretion of Mohawk Hospital Equipment, Inc.
All attendants must be registered and bona fide company/organization representatives. Admission of non-exhibiting and non-registered vendors
is not allowed. Unauthorized or unregistered persons will be asked to vacate exhibition hall. False certification, misuse of name badges, or
any other method of gaining admission to an unauthorized person will result in expulsion from the exhibition.
Exhibitors must name a representative that is responsible for the installation, activities and break-down of booth/exhibit space.
Booths/exhibition spaces may not be broken down until Friday May 9, at 1:30pm.

Exhibitors will not be allowed to install/construct booth space until full payment is received. Cancellations must be received in writing by
Mohawk Hospital Equipment, Inc. prior to March 31, 2009. A refund, minus a cancellation fee will be issued only if the space is resold prior to April 15, 2009.
Mohawk Hospital Equipment, Inc. may cancel this contract, upon reasonable cause, or upon the happening of events beyond its control that makes
performance impossible or useless upon written notice to the exhibitor by an authorized agent, employee, or officer of Mohawk Hospital Equipment,
Inc. Mohawk Hospital Equipment, Inc. reserves the right to alter, reduce, or redistribute allocated space upon reasonable cause, or upon the events
beyond its control that render previous space allocation impossible or useless. In the event of a cancellation Mohawk Hospital Equipment, Inc.
agrees to negotiate toward a refund, reduction, or alternate applications of the sums paid by the exhibitor as rental fees.

Each exhibitor must provide an attendant within their exhibition space at all times during exhibition hours. The maximum number of representatives
per single booth at any times is two. All representatives must be employees of the exhibitor. Exhibitors with more than two representatives will
be charged an upcharge or each additional representative. Payment is required in advance. Exhibitors may not assign, sublet or apportion the whole or
any part of the space allotted to them. Admission of non-exhibiting, and non-registered vendors will not be permitted. Mohawk Hospital Equipment,
Inc. reserves the right to censor or disallow any materials, slogans, or operations it finds offensive or otherwise objectionable.

Assignment of exhibit space is made on a first-come, first-paid-in-full basis, by date received by Mohawk Hospital
Equipment, Inc. We will make our best effort to assign requested booth space or one that is comparable. No
assignment of space will be guaranteed until payment is received. Mohawk Hospital Equipment, Inc. reserves the right
to change booth assignments when necessary.

|
|
Exhibits must conform to the size of the booth space. Exhibits must not obstruct the view or interfere with other
exhibits. Signs, decorations and related material may not be taped, stapled, nailed, etc. to painted surfaces,
columns, fabrics, or decorative walls in the exhibit hall.
An exhibitor's service drayage kit will be mailed to each exhibitor approximately 4-6 weeks prior to the show. The
kit will contain information on drayage, furniture, carpeting, utilities, etc. All booth shipments that need to be
sent prior to set-up date must be shipped to Mohawk Hospital Equipment only. The Tuning Stone Casino will charge
a fee for accepting shipments. By signing this exhibition contract, you are agreeing to pay any fee incurred by
Mohawk Hospital Equipment, Inc. for the receipt or shipment of packages to for from your company. ALL SHIPMENTS
SHOULD BE CLEARLY MARKED MOHAWK HOSPITAL EQUIPMENT EXPO May 8-9, 2008. Please make arrangements with Mohawk
Hospital Equipment prior to shipping. Exhibits that require electricity or telephone service must contact the
convention service office in the Turning Stone Casino or the tradeshow coordinator at least 48 hours prior to show.

|
|
Turning Stone Casino has limited space for the storage of equipment and materials shipped prior to the event. In the event exhibitor wishes to ship certain goods, merchandise or equipment to The Turning Stone Casino in anticipation of and prior to the event,
exhibitor assumes all responsibility and liability for loss, theft, damage, etc. therto. The Turning Stone Casino shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to any goods, merchandise or equipment. It is incumbent upon exhibitor to secure
its own insurance for pre-event shipping and receiving of the same. Any pre-event shipment and storage of equipment and materials shall be subject to the prior approval of The Turning Stone Casino. Exhibitor agrees to pay The Turning Stone Casino for labor and storage charges incurred upon request as outlined below:
Envelopes/boxes/cartone (26 lbs or less).....$5.00 handling fee for each
Boxes/cartons (26 lbs but less than 70 lbs)...$10.00 handling fee for each
Pallets...$50.00 handling charge for each

Dress is business casual. "Mardi Gras Healthcare Expo 2008" is a Louisanna Style Mardi Gras Party Theme and we encourage all reps to carry the theme through your dress,
promotions and booth decor.

All flammable materials must be flame proofed before being placed in the exhibit hall. All materials and installations are subject to fire and
safety regulations in force by local authorities. However, the following items are prohibited: open flame devices; welding, cutting; brazing
equipment; ammunition; radioactive devices; flammable liquid pressure vessels; Exhibits involving hazardous materials and processing; fireworks;
blasting agents and explosives; flammable cryogenic gases; aerosol cans with flammable propellants; gas operated cooking equipment; portable
heating equipment; and all other equipment, materials and operations that risk fire and life safety. Special requirements will be considered.

|
|
|
Each exhibitor must make provision for the safeguarding of their goods, materials, equipment, and display at all times. Mohawk Hospital Equipment,
Inc. cannot be held responsible for any loss, for or by any cause. All property of the exhibitor shall be deemed to remain under the exhibitor's
custody and control of storage, in transit to or from, or within the confines of the exhibit hall even though, at any time, be under the temporary
control of Mohawk Hospital Equipment, Inc. or its service contractor.
Neither Mohawk Hospital Equipment, Inc., the management of Mohawk Hospital Equipment, Inc., nor the owners of the Turning Stone Casino Resort will
be liable for injuries to any person or for damage to property owned or controlled by the exhibitor, which claims for damages or injuries may be
incident to, arise from, or be in any way connected with the exhibitor's occupation of display space. The exhibitor shall indemnify and hold Mohawk
Hospital Equipment, Inc., the management of Mohawk Hospital Equipment, Inc. and the owners of the Turning Stone Casino Resort harmless against all
claims. Exhibitors will be held liable for any damages caused by them to the Turning Stone Casino Resort. Exhibitors are urged to carry their own
insurance through their own sources at their own expense in the event of a public liability, fire or theft.

|
|
|
If, in the opinion of Mohawk Hospital Equipment, Inc., there is a violation or breach of any of these regulations on the part of the exhibitor,
his/her agents or representatives, Mohawk Hospital Equipment, Inc. may annul the right of the exhibitor to occupy space and the said exhibitor
shall forfeit all monies paid. The exhibitor shall pay expenses and damages that Mohawk Hospital Equipment, Inc. may incur in addition to
forfeiting space and monies paid or due on account. Exhibitor waives any right to written notice from Mohawk Hospital Equipment, Inc. of its
intentions to terminate this agreement and repossess space occupied by the exhibitor because of such violation. Mohawk Hospital Equipment, Inc.
reserves the right to eject from the exhibition hall any unauthorized persons soliciting orders, distribution advertisements, or showing their
products/ services. The offenders waive any right and/or claims to damages against Mohawk Hospital Equipment, Inc. arising out of the enforcement
of this paragraph. All matters and questions not covered by the regulations will be decided by Mohawk Hospital Equipment, Inc. and must be accepted
as final. Mohawk Hospital Equipment, Inc. reserves the right to make changes or alter the terms and conditions included herein, and each exhibitor
will be bound to thereby.
